If the "Place Order" button is greyed out or unclickable during checkout, this usually means that a required step is missing or incomplete. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue and complete your order.
1. Choose the Correct Payment Method
Depending on whether you're a new or existing customer, make sure you select the appropriate payment option before entering your credit card details:
New Customer:
Select "Enter New Payment Method" to add your payment details during checkout.Existing Customer:
Choose "Select Existing Payment Method" if you already have a credit card saved to your account.
Tip: Look for the circle bubble at the top of the payment page and click to highlight green before entering payment information. If it's not selected, the "Place Order" button will remain inactive.
2. Confirm Billing and Shipping Addresses (For New Customers)
If you’re a new customer and are placing your first order, the system requires your billing and shipping addresses to match exactly.
Double-check that all required fields are filled out.
Make sure both addresses match, including formatting and spelling.
Look for the checkbox at the top of the payment page.
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
Before completing your order, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. This is a required step for all orders.
Look for the checkbox near the bottom of the payment page
If this box is not checked, the "Place Order" button will remain inactive
