You can cancel your Postpaid (Monthly) plan at any time. This guide will walk you through how cancelations work for Postpaid services and what to expect after you submit your request.
Prepaid plan SIM cards do not need to be canceled.
- Your SIM card will simply be in Expired status once the minutes expire.
- If you have auto-refill enabled, you will need to disable auto-refill to prevent an automated refill from being processed. To enable or disable auto-refill, please see How To Refill a Prepaid SIM Card.
Important Notes for Postpaid (Monthly) Plans

Canceling will deactivate the SIM card tied to your satellite service number.

Any remaining Contract Term is charged in full upon cancellation.

Where to check your contract terms:
If the field is blank, you’re no longer under contract.
Log in and go to Manage Airtime Plans → look for the Contract End Date.

In most cases, the service number associated with the SIM card is lost upon deactivation and cannot be recovered.

Cancellations are manually processed by Customer Care agents within 3 business days. All cancellations will receive a follow-up email when completed.

Once processed, the SIM card submitted for cancellation will be deactivated immediately, not at the end of the month or billing cycle.
Reactivating a Cancelled SIM
Deactivated SIM cards may be eligible for reactivation, but it is not guaranteed. Please see the following article for further information: How to Reactivate Postpaid (Monthly) Services.
How To Cancel a Postpaid Plan
- Login to your account at https://www.bluecosmo.com/customer/account/

Go to My Account → click Manage Airtime Plans.
- Under the Active Services tab, select the checkbox for the satellite service number you'd like to cancel.
- Click the Start Cancellation Request link:
NOTE: You can still click this link even if the checkbox is unchecked - you'll just need to enter the SIM or service numbers manually. - The Cancellation Request form will open:

- Fill out your Name and Email.
- Your Account Number and the service number you requested cancelled will be auto-populated, but double check all details.
- Select your reason for cancellation.
- If you're cancelling for seasonal reasons, please provide the approximate date you'd like services re-activated (note: we will NOT re-activate any services without confirmation).

- Check off all required acknowledgements (indicated with a star *).
- Click Submit. You will be taken to a confirmation page to indicate that your cancellation request has been submitted and is waiting to be processed.
- Once the cancellation is manually processed by one of our Customer Care agents, you will receive a follow up confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit a cancellation request, your Manage Airtime Plan page will still list the requested Service Number in Active status. It will be removed from the list once your disconnection is processed. Please do not submit multiple cancellation requests for the same service number.
