Bundled orders include a satellite device and an accompanying monthly service plan under a fixed-term contract. These plans offer convenience and savings by allowing you to get started with $0 upfront for your device when you commit to a 24-month term.

What’s Included in a Bundled Order
When you choose a bundled plan, you’re getting:
- A satellite device at no upfront cost.
- A monthly service plan tied to a 24-month term.
- A single contract covering both the device and the service.
Plan Term, Billing, and Cancellations
- Your plan begins on the activation date and runs for 24 months.
- After the initial term, your plan auto-renews month-to-month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time after the initial term with no penalty.
- No plan changes are allowed during the initial 24-month term.
- If you cancel before the end of the contract, you'll be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF).
How the ETF is Calculated
ETF = Number of Months Remaining x Monthly Recurring Charge
Example: If you cancel with 6 months left at $95/month, your ETF would be $570.
Note: Bundled orders aren't eligible for partial or full return unless the ETF is paid in full.
Usage and Inclusions
Your bundled plan includes a monthly allowance of airtime minutes for specific types of calls.
Included Usage
- Free incoming calls to your satellite phone (with exceptions below).
- Calls to:
- Landlines and cellular numbers.
- Other Iridium or Inmarsat phones (depending on your device type).
- Voicemail.
Not Included
- Calls received via Two-Stage Dialing.
- Calls received via the option Dedicated US number (inbound calls are charged per minute).
Important: Unused airtime does not roll over to the next month. If you go over your monthly allowance, additional usage is charged based on your plan’s published rates.
Device Warranty
Your bundled device is covered by a warranty for the full length of your 24-month term.
- Coverage begins on your activation date.
- The warranty ends when the initial contract term concludes.
