To determine if you have an InReach account with Roadpost or Garmin, use a combination of the following information:

Check Your Account Number:

- Roadpost accounts start with the prefix "IR".
- Garmin accounts start with the prefixes "CAD", or "DL".
- Tip: In the Explore Portal, go to View Invoices to see your full account number. Updating Billing Info, Processing Payment & Viewing Invoices – Roadpost.

Look at Your Confirmation Emails

- Does your activation, billing, or cancellation email come from an @roadpost.com address? You’re a Roadpost customer.
- If it comes from @garmin.com, you’re a Garmin customer.

Identify Your Device Type

- If you own any of these newer inReach products, your account is managed by Garmin:
- inReach Mini
- inReach Mini 2
- Garmin inReach Messenger
- GPSMAP 66, 67 or 86 Series
- Montana 700 Series
- Tread Series
