If the SIM PIN is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM card becomes locked. When this happens, the SIM can only be unlocked using the PUK code. To obtain your PUK code, contact Customer Support.
Unlock the SIM using the PUK code
Power on the Iridium GO! device.
Connect your mobile device to the Iridium GO! Wi-Fi network.
Open the Iridium GO! app.
Log in using the default credentials:
Username: guest
Password: guestSelect Submit.
When the message “PUK code required” appears, enter the PUK code in the Enter PUK code field.
When prompted, enter 1111 in the Enter SIM PIN field. This resets the SIM PIN to the default value.
Select OK to complete the unlock process.
Once completed, the SIM will be unlocked and the device will resume normal operation.
