If others can’t hear you during a call in the Iridium GO! iOS app, the microphone permission for the app may be turned off.
How to Enable Microphone Access on iOS
Follow these steps to allow the Iridium GO! app to use your microphone.
Open “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.
Select “Privacy & Security.”
Select “Microphone” to view apps that can access your microphone.
Scroll through the list of apps until you find “Iridium GO!”
Turn on microphone access. Toggle the switch on so it appears green.
Once enabled, outbound audio should work normally in the Iridium GO! app.
Important: If microphone access is turned off, others won’t be able to hear you during calls made through the Iridium GO! app.
