How To View Your Order History

You can easily view a record of all past orders placed through your BlueCosmo account by following the steps below.

Steps To Access Your Order History

1. Log in to your account at www.bluecosmo.com.
2. In the My Account menu, click on Order History.
3. A table will appear showing all orders associated with your account. You’ll be able to view details such as:
   • Order number (Order #): The reference number for your web order.
   • Date
   • Order status
     • Pending: Some items in the order are still being processed.
     • Complete: All items have been shipped and/or added to your account. 
     • Cancelled:  All items have been cancelled. 
   • Order total: Includes purchases, shipping, taxes and regulatory fees.
4. Use the search bar above the table to find a specific order.
5. To organize the view, click the column arrows next to the header.
