You can easily view a record of all past orders placed through your BlueCosmo account by following the steps below.
Steps To Access Your Order History
- Log in to your account at www.bluecosmo.com.
- In the My Account menu, click on Order History.
- A table will appear showing all orders associated with your account. You’ll be able to view details such as:
- Order number (Order #): The reference number for your web order.
- Date

Order status
- Pending: Some items in the order are still being processed.
- Complete: All items have been shipped and/or added to your account.
- Cancelled: All items have been cancelled.
- Order total: Includes purchases, shipping, taxes and regulatory fees.
- Use the search bar above the table to find a specific order.
- To organize the view, click the column arrows next to the header.
