If you need to return an item it’s no problem. Simply ship the unopened item back to us within 30 days. Please be aware that we can’t accept returns on orders over 30 days, or on orders that have been opened. There’s a 15% restocking fee for returned items, so your account will be credited 85% of the item price. Note that prepaid airtime and shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
If you receive a damaged product, we’ll get that taken care of. You simply need to contact Customer Service to request a repair and maintenance (RMA) number before you return it. We will not accept return of damaged goods without an RMA number, so please call.

Whether your phone is within the warranty period or not, BlueCosmo offers replacements for your defective phone. We promise to ship you a replacement phone within days of receiving your broken one.
Simply call or email us when you have an issue with your device so we can start the troubleshooting process and required repair authorization. Once we receive your defective device we will ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days. Warranty and out of warranty repairs on other equipment types may take longer and is subject to manufacturer timelines.
Note: We only process RMA requests for BlueCosmo and Roadpost customers. If you purchased your device from another retailer, please contact them for repairs.
