Returns Policy
You can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A 15% restocking fee applies, meaning you’ll receive 85% of the item’s price as a refund.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns for opened products or for items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Prepaid airtime and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returning Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, we’ll help you resolve it. Here’s what to do:
- Contact Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

- Email: customercare@bluecosmo.com
- Do not ship the item until you have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Repair & Replacement Process
BlueCosmo offers replacements for devices under warranty and out-of-warranty. Here’s how the process works:
- Contact Us: Call or email to begin troubleshooting and request an RMA number.
- Ship the Device: After approval, send the device back to us.
- Receive Replacement: We will send you a replacement device within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned device.
Important Notes:
- We only process RMAs for devices purchased directly from BlueCosmo and Roadpost.
- If you bought your device from another retailer, please contact them directly for service.
- Repair timelines for non-phone equipment may vary by manufacturer.
- If you have active service with BlueCosmo, we may be able to process out-of-warranty RMAs. Contact us for more details.
