Quick Video Guide - Making Calls:
You can make and receive voice calls using either the Iridium GO! exec device itself or the Iridium GO! exec mobile app. The steps below explain how to place calls, receive calls, use quick dial, and view recent call history.
Before you begin
Always use the full international dialing format: 00 or +, followed by the country code and phone number.
Ensure the Iridium GO! exec is powered on, has a clear view of the sky, and is registered to the satellite network.
Making voice calls using the device
Voice calls can be made using the on-screen keypad or the quick dial list.
Using the keypad
From the home screen, select the Phone icon.
If the device is locked, swipe up and enter your lock screen password.
Enter the full international phone number, including + or 00 and country code.
Press the green call button to dial.
The device will show the dialing screen, then the ringing, and then the active call screen once connected.
The active call screen shows:
The name associated with the call (if saved in contacts)

The line in use (Line 1 or Line 2)
During the call, you can:
Open the keypad for automated menus
Mute or unmute the microphone
Adjust the call volume
End the call using the red phone button
Using quick dial
You can set up a Quick Dial list in the Iridium GO! exec app for up to 10 contacts. Once created, the quick dial list is synced to the device.

Select the Quick Dial menu.
Choose the contact from the drop-down list.
Press Call.
The active call screen will appear.
Adding or removing numbers from quick dial must be done from the mobile app.
Receiving voice calls
If you receive a call while another call is active, the device displays the second incoming call without ringing.
You may:
Decline the incoming call by pressing the decline button.
Accept the new call by pressing the End & Accept button, which ends your current call and answers the new one.
Making voice calls using the mobile app
The Iridium GO! exec app must be installed to make calls from your smartphone. After the app connects to the GO! exec, the home screen displays tabs for Phone, Internet, SOS, and Settings.
To place a call from the app:

Select the Phone tab.
Select the keypad icon from the navigation bar.
Enter the full international number and press the green call button for Line 1 or Line 2.

To view recent calls on the device:
Go to the home screen.
Select the Phone icon.
Select the Call History icon.
The list displays inbound, outbound, and voicemail calls.
From the call history screen, you can select an entry to add it to your contacts or dial the number using Line 1 or Line 2.
