Iridium GO! exec - Voicemail

The Iridium GO! exec displays a voicemail indicator in the top status bar when a voicemail is available on Line 1 or Line 2. You can access voicemail directly from the device or through the Iridium GO! exec mobile app.

Voicemail PIN information

• Default voicemail PIN: 1234

• A factory reset will restore the PIN to the default value.

• If the default PIN does not work, try using the last seven digits of your Iridium service number.
  Example: If your service number is (8816) 555 12345, the PIN would be 5512345.

Accessing voicemail on the device

You can listen to voicemail for either line from the voicemail screen.

1. Go to the home screen.

2. Select the Phone icon.

3. Select the Voicemail icon.

4. Choose Line 1 or Line 2 to call the voicemail system for that line.

Once connected, follow the voicemail prompts. Use the keypad during the call to navigate menu options.

Accessing voicemail in the Iridium GO! exec app

The app displays a voicemail indicator in the top status bar when voicemail is available.

1. From the app home screen, select the Phone tab.

2. Select the Voicemail option in the top navigation bar.

3. Choose Line 1 or Line 2. If voicemail is available, an indicator appears on that line’s button.

4. The app will place a call to the voicemail system.

5. When the call screen appears, select the Dialpad to enter your PIN and navigate the voicemail menu.

Note: The voicemail system requires you to enter your PIN as the first step. The default PIN is 1234, but it can be changed from the voicemail menu.
