Iridium GO! - How to Set-Up and Access Voicemail

The voicemail feature allows callers to leave voice messages that you can listen to when it’s convenient. Use the steps below to confirm your voicemail number, set up your PIN, and check messages using the Iridium GO! app.

General voicemail information

• The default voicemail PIN is the last seven digits of your Iridium phone number.

• Keep your PIN in a safe place.

• When a new voicemail is waiting, the Voicemail icon will show a red dot.

Confirm the voicemail service number

1. Open the Iridium GO! app.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Call.

4. Select Voicemail number.

5. If needed, enter +881662990000 and select Save.

Set up and access voicemail

1. Select the Voicemail icon.

2. Follow the audio prompts.

3. When prompted, enter your 8816 Iridium phone number, then press *.

4. Enter your voicemail PIN (default is the last seven digits of your Iridium phone number).

5. Follow the prompts to set a new PIN, record your greeting, and configure your voicemail settings.

6. End the call using the End button.

Check voicemail later

1. Select the Voicemail icon again to call voicemail.

2. If a red dot is showing on the Voicemail icon, a new message is waiting.
