Remote web access to the Iridium Mail & Web inbox is no longer available. Iridium recommends switching to an alternate satellite-optimized email solution, such as “OCENS OneMail.”
About this change
Previously, Iridium offered a web-based tool that allowed you to access your Iridium Mail & Web inbox when you were away from your Iridium GO! device. Since the service has been discontinued, this online access option is no longer supported.
What to do next
If you need email access while using Iridium GO!, consider moving to a supported satellite email service designed for low-bandwidth connections. Options such as “OCENS OneMail” provide optimized email delivery and ongoing support.
Note
Any existing Iridium Mail & Web usernames, passwords, or email addresses can no longer be used to sign in online.
