Isatphone 2 - How To Check Your Prepaid Balance

These steps allow you to check your Inmarsat Prepaid balance.  

Solution 1: Check Balance from the Isatphone 2 

1. Press Menu.
2. Select Settings, and press Select.
3. Select Prepay, and press Select.
4. Select Balance Enquiry, and press Select.

Note: The prepaid balance is displayed in units. To convert the units to minutes, please see the BlueCosmo product: Unit conversion to minutes .

Solution 2: Alternative methods from the Isatphone 2 

1. Dial 591 or *106#
2. Press the Green Key from your Inmarsat Isatphone 2 and wait. 

Solution 3: From a Landline or Cellular Phone 

1. Dial +870 77 200 0591 from any landline or cellular device
2. Enter your full 870 Inmarsat satellite phone number when prompted. 

Solution 4: From MyAccount

Your BlueCosmo online account lists all active prepaid cards with their balance and expiration details on the “Manage Prepaid Refills” page.

1. Sign in to “My Account” located on the top right of our website using your login credentials.
2. Select “Manage Prepaid Refills” from the menu.
3. In the list of SIM cards you will see a column showing the voice minute balance on your SIM card along with the expiration date of that airtime.
