Isatphone 2 - Charging the Battery

Your IsatPhone 2 uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. For best performance, we recommend fully charging it before first use. Always use Inmarsat-approved batteries and chargers, and avoid leaving the phone plugged in for long periods once it is fully charged.

Ways to charge your phone

• AC wall charger

• Micro USB cable connected to a computer

• Car charger plugged into a vehicle power outlet

To charge the phone

1. Connect your charger to a power source.

2. Open the USB/audio cover at the base of the phone.

3. Insert the micro USB cable into the port.

4. Leave the phone connected until the battery indicator shows a full charge.

Battery reminders

• A low-battery alert and message will appear when charging is needed. If the phone is not charged, it will shut down shortly afterward.

• You may be able to power it back on briefly, but calling and messaging may not work until the battery has been recharged.
