Bluecosmo Activation Portal

If you have purchased a prepaid SIM card from Amazon with pre-purchased minutes, you will need to activate it on the portal at Bluecosmo.com.

1. Navigate to https://activate.bluecosmo.com/

2. Enter the SIM number (ICCID) and click "Find"

3. Enter the Amazon Order number associated with the SIM card order and click "Find".

Note: This number can be found in your Amazon confirmation email, or in the Order Details section of your Amazon account.  

4. If you are not already signed in, or you have not created an account with an email and password, you will be prompted to do so:

5. Once signed in, confirm the details are correct, and click "Activate":

6. You will receive a confirmation that the activation is complete. Click "Finish" if there are no other cards that you wish to activate:

To check on the status of the activation, and to view your card details, navigate to the "Manage Prepaid Refills" section of your account. Here you will see the expiration date, minutes balance and "Active" status once the order completes.
