This guide walks you through activating your SIM card from Amazon using the Bluecosmo Activation Portal. Whether your SIM came with preloaded minutes, arrived blank, or you want to set up a monthly plan, follow the steps below.
Activation Scenarios
You will need to activate your SIM card through the BlueCosmo Activation Portal if:
- You purchased a prepaid SIM card with pre-purchased minutes from Amazon.
- You purchased a blank SIM card with no minutes from Amazon, which can be activated as:

- a monthly plan, OR
- a prepaid SIM.

In all three scenarios, be sure to have your Amazon order number and SIM number (ICCID) available and proceed to the steps below.
Step-by-step Activation Instructions
- Navigate to the Bluecosmo Activation Portal.
- Enter your SIM Card Number (ICCID):
- The ICCID is printed on the SIM card itself.
- Type it into the form and click Find.
- Enter your Amazon Order Number:
- Copy the Amazon order number from your confirmation email or your Amazon Order History.
- Paste it into the form and click Find.
- Sign in or create a Bluecosmo account:
- If you aren't signed in already, you will be prompted to log in.
- If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one using your email and setting a password.
Choose Your Plan Type
For Prepaid SIMs with Pre-Purchased Minutes
If your SIM came with pre-purchased minutes, you'll see the activation details automatically.
- Review and confirm activation details:
- Double-check that the details displayed are correct.
- When ready, click Activate.

Activation confirmation:

- You'll see a message confirming the activation is complete.
- Click Finish if you don't have any other SIM cards to activate.

For Blank SIM Cards (Prepaid or Monthly)
If you purchased a blank SIM card, you’ll need to choose your plan during activation:

After your SIM and order number are validated, choose Prepaid Plan or Monthly Plan.

Select your desired plan or airtime bundle.

Verify that the SIM card number shown matches your physical SIM.

Enter your payment information.

Agree to the terms and conditions.

Click Place Order to finish.
Note: A new SIM card will not be shipped. You are activating the one you already have.
Check Activation Status
To check on the status after activation:
- Log into your Bluecosmo account.
- Go to Manage Prepaid Refills.
- You'll see:
- Your SIM card's expiration date.
- Remaining minutes balance.
- Active status of the card.
