The Iridium GO! exec records system errors and warnings detected during operation. These messages can help identify hardware, software or network-related issues and are useful when troubleshooting or contacting Customer Support.

Viewing System Errors and Warnings
Any active system errors or warnings are listed in the System Errors and Warnings menu. To access this menu on the device touchscreen: Select Settings > System Errors and Warnings
If an issue is present, it will appear in this list until it is resolved or cleared.
POST Errors (Power On Self Test)
Each time the Iridium GO! exec powers on, it performs a Power On Self Test (POST). This test checks key internal components to confirm the device is operating correctly. If the POST detects an issue, the error will be recorded and shown in the Post Errors menu.
To access POST errors on the device touchscreen: Select Settings > About > Post Errors

The table below lists all POST error codes that may be reported by the Iridium GO! exec, along with their descriptions and recommended actions. Use this table to identify the meaning of any error shown in the Post Errors menu and determine next steps for troubleshooting or escalation.

The Device Battery temperature is approaching the maximum allowed level at which point the Device will power off automatically. Move the Device to a cooler location to avoid shutdown. |
Warning 103 |
Battery Temperature |
The Device Battery temperature is approaching the minimum allowed level at which point the Device will power off automatically. Move the Device to a warmer location to avoid shutdown. |
Error 104 |
Battery Temperature |
An internal Error has occurred. If the error persists over a power cycle, contact support. |
Error 200 |
Battery Level |
The Device Battery level is critically low. The Device will power off automatically. |
Warning 201 |
Battery Level |
The Device Battery level is approaching the minimum allowed at which point the Device will power off automatically. |

Battery Level |
An internal Error has occurred. If the error persists over a power cycle, contact support. |

Warning 300 |
Battery Charging Temperature |
The Device has stopped charging the Battery due to critically high Battery temperature. Move the Device to a cooler location to resume charging. |
Warning 301 |
Battery Charging |
The Device has stopped charging the Battery due to critically low Battery temperature. Move the Device to a warmer location to resume charging |
Warning 302 |
Battery Charging |
The Device Battery temperature is approaching the maximum allowed during charging at which point the Device will stop charging the Battery. Move the Device to a cooler location to continue successful charging. |
Warning 303 |
Battery Charging |
The Device Battery temperature is approaching the minimum allowed during charging at which point the Device will stop charging the Battery. Move the Device to a warmer location to continue successful charging. |
Error 304 |
Battery Charging |
An internal Error has occurred. If the error persists over a power cycle, contact support. |
Error 502 |
Satellite modem |
The Device Satellite modem temperature is critically high. The Device will power off automatically. Move the Device to a cooler location to resume operation. |
Error 503 |
Satellite modem |
The Device Satellite modem temperature is critically low. The Device will power off automatically. Move the Device to a warmer location to resume operation. |
Warning 504 |
