If you are unable to access your phonebook from the Menu, or make modifications, and get the Error "Phonebook failed to Initialize", then follow the steps below:
- Power the device on.
- From a blank screen, dial *#323#
- Press the green button you would use to initiate a call.
- Go to Menu > Phonebook and confirm that the error is no longer presented.
