How to Adjust the Volume
You can change the speaker or earpiece volume during a call or from the Setup → Volume and Tones menu.
While on a call
To increase volume:
Press the Upper Volume Key (+) on the side of the phone.
You’ll hear the change as you adjust, and the display will show a bar graph indicating the current level. The higher the bars, the louder the volume.
To decrease volume:
Press the Lower Volume Key (–) on the side of the phone.
The volume will adjust in real time, and the display will update to reflect the new level.
From the Setup menu
Go to Menu → Setup → Volume and Tones.
Scroll to Call Volume or Ringer Volume.
Adjust the level using the Navi-key.
Press OK to confirm, or Back to cancel.
Tip: Keep the volume at a moderate level to avoid distortion or echo when using speakerphone mode.
Best Practices
Always keep the phone’s antenna extended and upright when using the speakerphone to maintain signal quality.
Avoid holding the phone close to your mouth while in speaker mode. Place it on a flat surface for better audio clarity.
If you’re in a noisy environment, switch back to the earpiece for a clearer conversation.
