You can view and download your current and past invoices directly from your BlueCosmo account. For privacy and security, Customer Service cannot send invoices by email.
Steps To Access Your Invoices
- Log in to your account at Bluecosmo.com.
- Navigate to the Invoices tab in the My Account menu.
- A table will appear which shows all of your invoices.
- Use the search bar above the table to find a specific invoice or click the column arrows to sort by invoice number, date, or amount.
- Click on a specific invoice number (under column Invoice #) to view or print it.
For Migrated Accounts (Roadpost USA to BlueCosmo)
If your account was migrated from Roadpost USA (RU) to BlueCosmo (BU):
- Older invoices created before the migration may not appear in the Invoices tab.
