The return pack and shipping documents required for return shipping are located in the back pouch of the rental bag.
The pocket contains the courier pack with the return waybill pre-attached. If you are located outside Canada, this pack will also include 3 copies of the commercial invoice. When returning the rental, please make sure the pre-packed return waybill and all copies of the commercial invoice remain intact.
Important: If you are not able to locate your return shipping documents, please email customercare@bluecosmo.com to have a printable copy emailed to you.
How to return a rental
- Ensure all accessories, including both batteries are all in the pack as per the Rental Return video above. Note you can locate the full list of the included accessories on the green tag within the rental kit.
- Locate your return package with attached return waybill (& customs documents if applicable) in the back pouch of the bag as per above instructions.
- Place the whole rental kit into a shipping/courier bag, seal it shut.
- Drop off your rental pack at your nearest courier facility.
Rental Charges stop when the waybill is scanned.
