Once your trip is over and you no longer need your rental phone, it is time to return it. To ensure a smooth process, it is important to follow the correct return steps. This guide will walk you through all you need to know to properly return your rental equipment, including packaging and shipping.
What's Included in Your Return Pack
- The return pack and shipping documents required for return shipping are located in the back pouch of the rental bag.
- The pouch contains:

- The courier pack with the return waybill pre-attached.
- If you are located outside Canada, this pack will also include 3 copies of the commercial invoice.

- When returning the rental, please make sure the pre-packed return waybill and all copies of the commercial invoice remain intact.

Step-by-Step: Returning Your Rental

Pack everything: Ensure all accessories are all in the pack as per the Rental Return video above.

- Both batteries.
- SIM card.
- Any other items listed on the green tag inside your rental bag.

Prepare the return package:

- Confirm the return waybill is attached to he return pack.
- If you're outside Canada, make sure the 3 copies of the commercial invoice are included.
- Place the entire rental kit into the courier/shipping bag.
- Seal the bag securely.

Drop your rental off

- Take your return to your nearest courier drop-off location.
- Your rental charges will stop when the courier scans the return waybill.
- Tip: Get a receipt from the courier for your records.
