This article explains how to manage your inReach consumer subscription, including changing plans, suspending or canceling service, and adding or swapping devices. All Roadpost inReach accounts are managed through the Garmin Explore portal.
Managing your subscription or service
Log in to your account at explore.garmin.com. Note: All Roadpost inReach accounts use the Garmin Explore portal to manage services. If you’re unable to sign in or encounter errors beyond password resets, contact Roadpost Support for assistance.
Select the “Plans & Devices” tab.
Under the “Subscription” section, select “Edit.”

From here, you can:
Change your plan
Suspend your service
Cancel your service
Select the option you want and follow the prompts to complete the change.
Return to the “Plans & Devices” tab to refresh the page and confirm your changes.
Note: All plan changes are fully prorated by the day, including both charges and service access.
Adding Or Swapping Your InReach Device
Use the steps below if you need to add a new inReach device or replace an existing one on your account.
Log in to your account at explore.garmin.com. Note: All Roadpost inReach accounts use the Garmin Explore portal to manage services. If you’re unable to sign in or encounter errors beyond password resets, please contact Support for assistance.
Select the “Plans & Devices” tab.
Select “Add inReach Device” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important: Roadpost supports the following inReach models:
inReach (Original)
inReach SE
inReach SE+
inReach Explorer
inReach Explorer+
If you have a newer Garmin inReach device and would like to use it with Roadpost, please contact Support to confirm compatibility.
