You can view your satellite phone number, plan information, balances, and expiration dates by logging into your BlueCosmo account.
Follow the steps below based on whether you have a prepaid or a monthly (postpaid) service.
For Prepaid SIM Cards
- Log in to your account at Bluecosmo.com.
- From the Account Dashboard menu, select Prepaid Refills.
- On the Prepaid Refills page, you'll see a table showing all prepaid SIM cards linked to your account. You can view:
- Network.
- Your SIM card number and your satellite phone number are under the Service Number column.
- Your prepaid plan name is under Prepaid Plan.
- Balance, Expiry date, Status, and Auto-Refill.
- If you have several SIM cards, use the search box above the table to find a specific SIM card.

For Monthly (Postpaid) Plans
- Log in to your account at Bluecosmo.com.
- From the Account Dashboard menu, select Service Plans.
- On the Manage Service Plans page, you'll see a table showing your plans. You can view:
- Your satellite phone number under the Service Number column.
- What plan you're subscribed to under the Plan Name column.
- Minutes Used.
- Add-ons.
- Status of the plan.
- Your Contract End Date.
- Request Cancelation
Note: Your SIM number can also be found on your physical SIM card. It will be a string of 19 digits (Iridium) or 18 digits (Inmarsat).
