You can check your Iridium prepaid balance directly from your Iridium device or through your BlueCosmo online account. Follow the steps below based on your preferred method.
From Your Iridium Phone or Iridium GO!
- Make sure your Iridium device is powered on and registered to the Iridium network.
- Dial 2888 and place the call.
- An automated voice message will inform you of your remaining prepaid minute balance.
From Your BlueCosmo Account
Your BlueCosmo online account lists all active prepaid cards associated with your account on the Manage Prepaid Refills page.
- Sign in to My Account located on the top right of our website.
- Select Manage Prepaid Refills from the menu.
- A table will appear showing your active prepaid SIM cards, including:
- Voice minute balance
- Expiration date

Special Note for Iridium GO! Prepaid Users
The voice minute balance shown in your account reflects only half of your total data minute balance. This is because dial-up data minutes are counted at double the voice rate.
Example: A 400-minute data plan will appear as 200 voice minutes in your account.
