If your IsatPhone 2 is not working as expected, such as failing to register on the network after troubleshooting, a factory reset may help restore normal operation. A factory reset returns the phone’s settings to their original defaults while keeping your contacts, messages, and SIM card data intact.
How to Perform a Factory Reset
Go to Menu.
Select Settings.
Select Reset Settings.
When prompted for the Admin code, enter 123456 (default unless changed).
Important Notes
A factory reset restores the phone’s settings only. Contacts and messages stored on your SIM card will not be erased.
The default Admin code is 123456, unless it has been changed.
A SIM card must be inserted to complete a factory reset.
Best Practices
Make sure the battery is adequately charged before starting the reset.
If the default Admin code does not work, contact your service provider for assistance.
After resetting, double-check key settings such as time zone, language, and network preferences.
