Follow the instructions below to reset the iSavi IsatHub back to the factory default settings.
Note: All system configuration settings are reset to defaults after factory reset is completed. It is recommended that you backup the firewall settings before proceeding with the factory reset.
1. Enable safe mode on the terminal by logging into the Terminals Web console and navigating to Settings > Terminal Settings > Firmware Update and clicking the Firmware Update Button. Once you click the button the terminal will reboot into Safe Mode. For detailed information on this procedure please reference "Enter Safe Mode by Web Console (Normal Mode)" as described in Chapter 4 of the iSavi iSatHub User Guide.
2. In the web console navigate to Settings >Factory Reset.
3. Enter the security code for the factory reset (default code is 0000). Your terminal will reboot within 90 seconds.
4. Once the terminal reboots the terminal will have all of the settings set to factory condition, with the exception of the Wi-Fi password.
