Iridium GO! - Check the Balance of your Iridium Prepaid Service

Note: Balances will be provided in Iridium voice minutes remaining.  If you are on an Iridium GO! Prepaid Plan, double the voice minute balance to get the dial up data balance.  For example,  if the voice balance you are provided says 200 minutes,  the data minute balance will be 400 minutes.

Check balance via Call

1.  Select Call icon from the home screen
2.  Dial 2888, then press Green call button
3. The automated system will read your voice minute balance and expiration date

Check balance via SMS

1. Select the Message icon from the home screen
2. Compose a new SMS message
3. Type 2888 in the To: field and type 2888 in the message field
4. Press send and you will receive a reply with your voice minute balance and expiration date
