Iridium GO! - Removing a SIM PIN

Iridium GO! Android Users:

1. Connect to the Iridium GO! Wi-Fi network using your Android device.

2. Open the Iridium GO! application.

3. Login using the username: guest and the password: guest.

4. Select the Submit button.

5. You will be prompted for a PIN code, enter 1111.

6. Select the OK button.

7. Select Settings.

8. Scroll down to and select Security.

9. Select Disable SIM lock.

10. Select Existing SIM PIN.

11. Enter 1111 when prompted.

12. Select the OK  button.

13. Select the back button on your Android device.

14. A dialogue box prompting "Do you want to save?" will appear, select the Save button.

Iridium GO! Apple iOS Users:

1. Join the Iridium GO! Wi-Fi network with your iOS device.

2. Open the Iridium GO! application.

3. Login using the username: guest and the password: guest.

4. You will be prompted for a PIN code, enter 1111.

6. Select the OK button.

7. Select Settings.

8. Select Security.

9. Select SIM Lock Status.

10. Select Disable SIM Lock.

11. Select Enter Number to the right of Existing SIM PIN.

12. Enter 1111.

13. Tap anywhere on the screen (away from the on-screen keyboard).

14. Select the Save button.
