The return shipping documents for your rental are located inside the pocket of the phone rental bag.
The pocket will contain a blue Welcome Kit with the Rental Guide, a return waybill and if you are located in the United States, 3 copies of the commercial invoice (used for international return shipping). When returning the rental phone, please make sure the return waybill and all copies of the commercial invoice are included.
If you are not able to locate your return shipping documents please email customercare@bluecosmo.com to have a copy emailed to you.
How to return a rental
- Locate your Return Waybill (and any international shipping documents) within the kit as per above instructions and remove it.
- Place the whole rental kit into a shipping/courier bag, seal it shut.
- Attach the return waybill to the front of the courier bag, including any other included docs (you can ask courier office for help if needed).
- Hand off package to courier person. Rental Charges stop when the waybill is scanned.
