Where to Find the Iridium 9555 in the Box

When you receive your Iridium 9555, the battery is not pre-installed. It is packaged in the accessory box located underneath the phone tray inside the main packaging.

Follow the steps below to locate the battery.

How to Locate the Battery in the Box

1. Open the product box to reveal the internal packaging, which includes the phone tray and accessory box.
2. Lift the phone tray (this holds your Iridium 9555 device) to uncover the accessory box beneath it.
3. Open the accessory box. This contains all included components such as the charger, adapter, and battery.
4. Locate the rectangular box inside the accessory kit. This box contains the 9555 battery. Open it to access the battery.
