Isatphone 2 - Reset All Settings (Factory Reset)

If you are having an issue with your Isatphone 2, such as being unable to connect to the network after extensive troubleshooting, resetting it to factory default settings may solve the issue

To do so, select Menu > Settings > Reset settings. You will be prompted for the Admin code in order to make this change. The default Admin Code is 123456.

Note:

• Returning to default settings will not affect your admin or user codes, PINs, contacts, messages or call logs.
• A SIM card must be inserted to complete a factory reset.
