Isatphone 2 - How To Perform a Factory Reset (Reset All Settings)

If you're having an issue with your Isatphone 2, such as being unable to connect to the network after extensive troubleshooting, resetting it to factory default settings may solve the issue

How to Perform a Factory Reset

1. Go to Menu
2. Select Settings
3. Choose Reset settings
4. Enter the Admin code when prompted; the default is 123456

Note:

• Please note, performing this reset will restore the phone’s settings to factory defaults, but it won’t erase any contacts or messages stored on your SIM card. Your admin and user codes will stay the same as well.

• The default Admin code is 123456, unless changed. 
• A SIM card must be inserted to complete a factory reset.
