BlueCosmo has been made aware of the following planned migration maintenance by Inmarsat:

During this time BSS provisioning will be unavailable including activation, deactivation, and suspension. No service orders will be lost during this time as they will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.
Reason for notice: BSS Outage
Services affected: Service Order Provisioning for BGAN, IDP, M2M, GSPS, SBB, FBB
Please note that the migration event will affect BSS system provisioning activities however, users of Prepay and Postpay will still be able to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
Prepay voucher top-up via the Prepay Account Enquiry GUI and API will remain available, and users will be able to continue using the IVR and USSD services for top-up and balance query.
