1. Visit www.bluecosmo.com and click on Rent In the top menu
2. Choose Daily or Monthly Rental
3. Select the Rental Phone
4. Click on the Calendar Icon and select the start date. The rental phone will ship to arrive on or before the rental date. We recommend selecting a date in advance of your trip departure.

6. Select the date you expect to return your device. The rental will include a return waybill, the billing for the rental will end when the waybill is scanned by the courier. We recommend getting a receipt when you drop the rental return with the courier.

8. If you wish to purchase airtime please select one of the options. Airtime purchases are not refundable. If you do not select a plan you will be billed a low per minute rate for your calls.
9. Loss and damage protection is an option to reduce your liability if something happens to the phone.
10. Once you have selected your phone, selected the Start and End dates, and added your options please click on Add To Cart
11. Click on the cart in the upper right hand corner to view the cart. Clicking on See Details will provide a summary of the rental dates, options and costs.

14. To complete the order click on Sign In To Proceed
15. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password to log in, new customers click on Create An Account
16. New Customers will be asked to enter their addresses, and existing customers will be asked to select an address from their address book.
| For security, the shipping address and billing address for your rental must match exactly. We can only ship to confirmed billing addresses within the USA or Canada. P.O. Boxes are not accepted. |
17. Once you have selected your address, select one of the shipping methods. Round-trip shipping is $70 and is added to the rental automatically. The shipping method indicates the speed of the shipment. Select ground for your order unless you selected a start date within 2 business days of the current date. All rentals will ship to arrive on the start date of the rental.
Once you have selected a shipping method, click on Next
18. Enter a new payment method, or if you are a returning customer, select an existing payment method.
19. Click on the box to agree to the BlueCosmo Service Terms and then click on Place Order
