Inmarsat has informed BlueCosmo of scheduled maintenance that will occur during the following time frame:
Outage Start Date: July 31, 2024
Outage Start Time: 14:00 UTC (10:00 AM EST)
Outage End Date: July 31, 2024
Outage End Time: 18:00 UTC (2:00 PM EST)
During the above time frame, provisioning for the following Inmarsat services will be delayed until after the maintenance period:
- IsatPhone postpaid and prepaid service activation
- IsatPhone prepaid refills
- BGAN prepaid refills
