BlueCosmo has been made aware of the following planned maintenance by Inmarsat:

Outage End Time: | 14:30 UTC (10:30 AM EST) |
During this time provisioning of Prepay SIM cards will be unavailable including activation, deactivation, and suspension. No service orders will be lost during this time as they will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.
Please note, this maintenance will affect system provisioning activities only and Prepay users will still be able to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic. However, the following
I-4 Prepay Portal and API provisioning and services will be down, which includes:
- Voucher redemptions (Refill top up)
- Balance checks
- Voucher orders
- Customer information display
- IVR services will be down
- USSD and balance check services will be down
