Iridium Service Provisioning Outage - April 23 2024

Iridium has informed BlueCosmo of scheduled maintenance that will occur during the following time frame:

Outage Start Date: April 23, 2024
Outage Start Time: 12:00 PM EDT
Outage End Date: April 23, 2024
Outage End Time: 12:30 PM EDT

During the above time frame, provisioning for the following Iridium services will take longer than usual:

• Iridium postpaid voice activation
• Iridium prepaid voice activation
• Iridium prepaid refills
• Iridium PTT service activation
• ZOLEO activation, suspension, and deactivations
